Staplr

Copy a list once.
Paste it one by one.

A macOS menu bar utility that turns a copied list — or a block of spreadsheet cells — into a queue you paste with ordinary ⌘V.

Three keys. One queue.

  1. ⌘⌥C

Copies what’s selected and opens the session. Nothing selected? Starts empty.

  2. ⌘V

Pastes the next item. The floating overlay shows where you are — without stealing focus.

  3. ⌘C

Restocks the list mid-session. ⌘⌥C again ends it.

Staplr never sends your clipboard anywhere.

It needs Accessibility so it can watch ⌘V and keep the queue in sync. Everything stays on your Mac — no accounts, no sync, no telemetry.

Ready when you are.

macOS 14 or later. Developer ID signed and notarized.
